  • Is my payments secure? Can I safely enter my credit card/debit card/net banking details to order online from your website www.kashmiribazaar.in?

    100% Secure. You can shop and pay with confidence on our website www.kashmiribazaar.in. All your payments are processed through 100% safe and secure payment gateways like Razorpay, PayUMoney, and Paytm which are all trusted and reputed Payment Gateway providers in India. You may choose either of these payment gateways. Our shopping card and payment pages are secured through SSL encryption.

    Additionally, we do not store any of your sensitive card/financial/banking information e.g. card details, bank details, CVV code.

  • Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

    Opps, We are sorry as of now we don't provide Cash On Delivery (COD) facility but soon we will be starting it and it will come under delivery option.

  • Are there any shipping charges?

    Yes, We charge as per the weight of the product, Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page after you add all your products into the shopping cart.

    We have 3 different shipping methods

    1) India Post Normal Parcel with delivery time of 8-15 working days.

    2) India Post Speed Post with delivery time of 4-10 working days.

    3) Courier service with delivery time of 3-7 working days.

    Shipping charges also varies on shipping methods. 

  • How can I cancel an order?

  • When can I cancel an order?

    Orders can be cancelled any time before the status of an order changes to ‘Packed & Ready to ship’. You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number once your order status is update to ‘Packed & Ready to ship’. You can also check the order status in My Account -> Orders. Once the status of an order has changed to ‘Packed & Ready to ship’ cancellation is no longer permitted..

  • When will I receive a refund for an order that I cancelled?

    Refunds will be processed within 3-10 working days. The refund will be credited to the account or mode of payment used by you while placing the order.

  • When can I return an item?

    We follow No Return & No exchange policy, So before placing your order make sure you read all about the products and our terms & Conduction. Product can be returned only in case you have received, wrong, defective item.

  • Do You ship all states in India?

    Yes, We ship to all almost all major cities and towns in India as well as international locations.

  • Do you ship internationally??

    Yes, we do ship to international locations. For shipping to international locations, you need to create the list of Products you want to order with quantities and send us the list on hello@kashmiribazaar.in We would then get back to you with shipping costs and a payment link.

    Please note that there are certain items which are restricted for international shipping, e.g. certain food items, depending on the destination country.
